As part of the introduction to a new tagline, Stay Creative, we developed communications that tapped into the inquisitive nature of our target, the creative community, with a series of irresistible word puzzles. The solution to each puzzle reinforced a key product benefit—in effect, making a time-tracking and project management product interesting to creative versus business minds. The results are strong with increased comp sales and positive feedback.
