Faced with a reduced marketing budget and declining sales and traffic due to increased cross-border shopping, we helped Coquitlam Centre appeal to its fashion-savvy target to try "one new thing for spring" to update their look. One new fashion tip showing just how easy and affordable a spring wardrobe update could be was shared each day of the campaign via a microsite, advertising, in-mall, freeze-frame models in-mall, social media and through the Centre's "Stylist on the Go," among other channels. Result? The retailers were thrilled! Following months of declining or flat comparable sales, apparel sales increased significantly and most "one new thing for spring" items rapidly sold out.
